Some of the most memorable moments in Hollywood history will hit the Eppley Auditorium stage in style with Dance to the Movies, the next installment in this year’s Huffington Concert Series, set for Thurs., April 6, starting at 8 p.m.
Bringing the high-octane production to life are will be celebrity pros from Dancing with the Stars and finalists from So You Think You Can Dance, American Idol, and The Voice.
Dance to the Movies re-creates memorable moments from films such as West Side Story, Grease, Chicago, Hairspray, and Moulin Rouge. Choreography to scores from Titanic, The Godfather, Les Misérables, and The Matrix will also be performed.
The lineup features Dancing with the Stars pros Oksana Dmytrenko, Anya Fuchs, Magda Fialek and Kiki Nyemchek, and Tony Pututau; So You Think You Can Dance veterans Jonathan Platero, Nick Garcia, and “Legacy”; American Idol finalists Vonzell Solomon and Rayvon Owen; as well as World Champion Ballroom Dancers Patricia Kaniowski and CJ Bair.

Since Culver Academies is on spring break until April 5, concert attendees are encouraged to reserve tickets via email, as the box office will observe irregular hours to accommodate ticket requests.
On April 5 and 6, box office hours are as usual: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday, and 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m., Thursday. The Eppley box office will also be open one hour before the show.
