A second Culver Girls Academy hockey player will be continuing her career in college. Gabrielle Slykas ’18 (Frankfort, Illinois) announced over Parents Weekend that she will be attending Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota.

She joins Michelle Behshid ’18 (Saugus, California), who will be playing at Bowdoin College next season. A total of 36 Culver student-athletes have made official commitments to play at the next level so far.

Along with playing hockey, Slykas may also play softball. She plays first base for the Eagles. Gustavus Adolphus is an NCAA III school and a member of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
