The defense spent most of the two-hour practice on the new grass field and the offense practiced on the turf field. After practice Kelly met with the press for 20 before players like Jaylon Smith (9) and Everett Golson (5) talked with the media. Following the practice, 15 members of the press used the White-DeVries Rowing Center to write their stories and edit their photos and videos.
