UPDATE: Brian Loudermilk hurt his knee in practice and will not play in tonight’s game. He will be on the sideline with coach Andy Dorrel.
Three members of the Culver Military Academy football team will have a big day on Friday, July 13.
First, Amari Curtis ’19 (Bellwood, Ill.) will be featured on the cover of the 2018 Indiana Football Digest when it hits store shelves. The offensive tackle is cited as one of the “Prime Time 25” by the magazine. The magazine will cover all the high school teams in the state.
Curtis was named to the Junior All-State Team last fall and honored at the magazine’s “Griddys” dinner in Indianapolis this past spring. The “Prime Time 25” photo (above) was shot before the dinner.
That evening, CMA defensive back Brian Loudermilk ’18 (Redondo Beach, Calif.) will be playing and head football coach Andy Dorrel will be on sideline for the 52nd annual North/South All-Star Game at North Central High School in Indianapolis.
Loudermilk will be playing for Claremont McKenna College, an NCAA III school located Claremont, California, this fall.
The all-star game is scheduled to kick off at 7:30 p.m. The game is sponsored by the Indiana Football Coaches Association.
