Four Culver Military Academy first-classmen declared their collegiate choices on National Signing Day.

Nick Mahalak (Monroe, Mich.) signed a National Letter of Intent to play NCAA Division I football at Butler University. Daniel Prescott (Grand Prairie, Texas) announced he will continue his football playing career at DIII Hampden-Sydney College.

Ian Murdoch (Western Springs, Ill.) will play hockey at the United States Military Academy. And Spencer Cage (Carmel, Ind.) will play for DIII hockey powerhouse Middlebury College.
The service academies and NCAA DIII colleges do not require National Letters of Intent since athletic scholarships are not involved.
