Six former Culver Military lacrosse players are on teams starting action in the NCAA DIII tournament today (May 8), with four matched up in the first round.

Cameron Dabir ’11, an attackman at Washington and Lee, will face Pierce Leonard ’09, a middie at the University of the South (Sewanee) in one first round match-up. In the other, Troy Grogan ’10, a defenseman at Roanoke, will see Dustin Cowell ’12, an attack/middie at Centre College. Both games will be streamed live.

Playing middie for Salisbury is Jesse Rabishaw ’10. If Salisbury wins today, Rabishaw could face either Dabir or Leonard in the second round on Saturday, May 11. Zack Thompson ’12 is an attack for the Rochester Institute of Technology. The Tigers face Cabrini in their first tournament game on May 11. Tournament bracket.
