Eighteen Culver Military graduates are now playing lacrosse at the collegiate level, including seven in NCAA Division I.
Division I players:
Brandon Benn ’10 is a starting attackman at No. 5 Johns Hopkins. Benn led the Blue Jays with 30 goals in 2012. Kyle Trolley ’12 is a midfielder at No. 3 Notre Dame. Ryne Sternberg ’10 is a defenseman for No. 15 Penn State. Ryan Everson ’10 is a defenseman for the Naval Academy. Connor Eustace ’10 is a defenseman, Bud Graham ’11 is an attackman, and Coltan Armitage ’11 is a goalie at Hobart.
Division III players
Jesse Rabishaw ’10 is an attackman for No. 1 Salisbury. Zach Thompson ’12 is at attack for No. 6 RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology). Pierce Leonard ’09 is a midfielder at Sewanee (University of the South). Josh Berger ’11 is an attackman at Skidmore College. Dustin Cowell ’12 is switching between attack and midfielder at Centre College.
Four players are in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference in Virginia. Cameron Dabir ’11 was the ODAC Rookie of the Year last season as an attackman for Washington & Lee, Troy Grogan ’10 is a defenseman for 11th-ranked Roanoke. Cousins Cameron Garrison ’10 and Andrew Gleitz ’12 are playing attack at Randolph College.
Two players are in the Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association. John Sabo ’09 is a midfielder for Southern Methodist University and Sean Thompson ’10 is a midfielder for the Texas Longhorns.
